Has Obama turned into a liar ?

First he gets a new drug czar and the jerk comes right out and says "marijuana is dangerous and has no medicinal qualities". So is Obama changing his mind about medical marijuana. Was he only kidding during his campaign?

Thanks for the comment,I too was afrain he'd go back tto the "middle of the road shit" instead of his convictions. He was raised an atheist too
