so the trick to no lose life while shelding if a monster attacks is use a power jucie ??
i need help whit that because i want to learn to use the lance but when a monster tackle even if i use the shell i lose a bit of life

@SoldierBailey14 You need Guard+1 or Guard+2 to not lose life and get knocked back while guarding. Some attacks are different than others. Some don't need Guard, some just +1, very strong attacks need +2. Some attacks are very strong that even with Guard+2, you still take damage and get knocked back. Some attacks are also unblockable. You will need Guard Inc skill to make them blockable. Hope this helps.
