Don Preston Won't Debate

Hyperpreterist Don Preston likes to complain people won't debate him, yet Preston has been ignoring a challenge to debate one of his fellow hyperpreterist.

In Preston's written debate with a fellow named Jerry McDonald, McDonald says Don's accusation that ROE is an atheist would point back to Don's own theology: "...then all of man has been judged and nothing applies to us today. However, he refuses to answer as to whether or not the Bible is all sufficient. If it is not all sufficient, then it is not inspired. If it is not inspired then we have no hope of salvation, we are without God. Ergo Don’s position is “atheism.”

thank u, Bill. Nice to meet ya! :-D Mr. Preston replied to my queston on his Dr. White video but incorrectly says riverofEden is a racist and that it not the issue at all. He also says Riverofeden is not in line with church history or the creeds but neither is full or hyperpreterism either. Isn't that the same reason that James White doesn't want to debate Preston?  it seems like all semantics here...

@PretGal2007 Great job on holding Don to account, I mean if according to him, he is making $92K a year off his followers, I'd think he should interact with them a bit more. RiversOf Eden has produced a 10 minute response.  See the video in the comments.

Really? Preston has hit a new low. He whines and complains people won't debate hyperpreterists because hyperpreterism is heretical yet here Preston grossly misrepresents RoEs beliefs. RoE's theology is NOT "atheism" since RoE DOES believe in God. RoE's theology is NOT racist unless Preston thinks God's special love for His people is racist??? If anything, many hyperpreterists come off as almost anti-Semitic -- not RoE.

I for one am disappointed with Don Preston hiding from this challenge to debate with RiversOfEDen. The two men are coming from the same Full Preterist perspective and it would be a big deal to see how Preston responds to a detailed discussion of the weaker points of his position that Rivers has begun to show. Now I wonder if Preston's boasting is all in vain. Preston - a great debater????

@wallsofjericho4 That folks there is the debate "champion" -- A guy who admits he couldn't "grow" his heresy over a 14 year period with a captive audience. A guy who claims to be "president" of a one man "institute". A guy who challenges others but won't allow himself to be challenged. A guy who misrepresents people so he can weasel out of a debate. A guy who threatens people with banning when Don can't respond.

@PretGal2007 Mr. Preston already threatened to block my posts on his video A Second Response to James White. Check it out. He claims that Riversofeden and I have a racist agenda. My only agenda is to see them both debate the issues from scripture, but Preston would obviously rather attack people personally.
