i've never read any of stephen king's novels but i'm reading his On Writing and i'm having a hell of a good time. there're some funny parts in the book that make me look like an idiot because i'm smiling to myself as i'm reading in the cafeteria by myself. btw, that shirt would look ridiculous on many people, but on him, it looks good!

My "magic moment" was L. E. Modisett's The Magic of Recluse.

Twilight really is a shitty series..I don't understand how it got so popular. That bitch probably wipes her ass with Franklins, makes me want to puke..

I urge you to read King's On Writing. It was my bible when I started writing. I received lots of rejections in the first two years, but after a while I sold a few to small press mags. And later this year I'll be sharing the ToC page with my other hero, Ramsey Campbell. Live your dream. King Is The Man!

Actually, that was Raymond Chandler's inspiration to start writing. He picked up a pulp magazine, thought one of the stories was so bad that even he could write better and ended up going down in history as one of the best mystery writers of all time.

Stephen King is the shit. I'm reading It right now and let me tell you I've never been so frightened by a book before. Salem's Lot looks like a Dr. Seuss book by comparison.

Haha I had one of those magical moments after reading the Twilight series. I then wrote an entire novel and am now trying to get it published. Thank you Mr. King!
I thought "This really sucks, I can do better than this" when I read Twilight
