3-26-1995. Lakers beat the champs that season all 4 times, but HOU had one of those lazy repeat regular seasons where they didn't want to play hard until the playoffs. I have all 3 gms Hakeem played vs LA and he looked mortal in each one. By the time April rolled around, he would've punked anyone thrown at him.

    good upload. and goooooo lakers!

  • @borsche28 Good question. If Zapruder could film the exact moment of JFK's assassination, then there MUST be film somewhere of Antonio's only highlight. I just might be the person who has the footage.

  • Whalers on the ticker. lol

  • @7:03 nothing lazy about that!

  • great description NPZ

  • I like this Lakers team very much!!!

  • I remember this season - everytime we played the Rockets, even with Drexler, they looked so mediocre you wondered how they were the defending champs...then they went on and won it all again just a couple of months after this game. What is funny is the season after this after Magic came back the Rockets decided to turn it on against us and beat us 6 out of 8 times including the playoffs.

Yep...still my favorite team, crazy as that sounds. All they added from a 34 win team the year before was Ceballos and Eddie Jones and yet, they became a playoff team that should've beat San Antonio. Still think about Divac's misses in Game Two...they had that game.

  • Forget Antonio "Boo" Harvey...where are the Randolph Keys clips??? Remember the game before MJ's return when he was wheelchair'd out of the United Center against the Bulls? Haha, that's still really funny to me. At least he was legitimately hurt, unlike the punk Paula Pierce.

  • da good old days

  • Man, I loved this team. They actually swept the defending champs that year in the regular season. Granted, Houston struggled all year, but still.

  • I have heaps of full 90's Lakers games on DVD, for a list of what I have send me a message.
