1. Its never to early to learn how to pamper yourself. Sometimes you have to put yourself first, you really do deserve it. I know especially for us moms out there, that is really hard to do. But just make sure even its small, take a moment to yourself. Not only does it benefit you, but the ones around you. It also has a effect to increase your self esteem.
PS .. Forgot to add that in the beginning with Learn to Pamper Yourself.. Wicket is trying to figure out the foot massager I was just using.
2. Seek comfort in your loved ones. So important to always come to your family and friends. Especially in time of need, don't bottle up and voice yourself. Seek the comfort, the friendship and the support you really do deserve. In the end, its a great reward. Don't forget the big bear hug @ the end.
3. Friends come in all shapes, sizes and colors. Never judge a book by its cover. Something I have learned the hard way based on my weight that goes up and down.
4. Never go to bed upset, always works things out before hand. There is one thing that you have that is so powerful, its a voice, so communicate. Its really worth it, as well keeps a relationship strong. After all, the phrase that says it all "Can't fix it unless I know its broke".
