I'm glad you acknowledge the stage version and the original ending. I reccomend seeing the original ending (it's on youtube), or, better yet, find a good stage production. The stage version can't do puppets as technically amazing as the film, but given the much lower budget a stage show can afford, they're still pretty fucking awesome. And further, the things that the film cut out of the stage version are the things that truly make Little Shop Of Horrors a timeless story.
