I'm gonna go out on a limb and say music is being slaughtered pop artists.. I can't think of any bands or artists worthy of an MTV unplugged performance... Basically it's only for talented groups / artists, and they've all pretty much been done. I suggest we all make way for over sampled beats and hip hop music and or dime per dozen music artists of all genres... Sad times for creative culture.
nowadays they only make music that sounds catchy. no reason for talents such as those in the eagles, nirvana or the stone temple pilots. all they need now is a sound mixer and repeating chorus that have no meaning at all. that's talent for ya.
