I purchased this book in august and I agree with most your assessment: If you are online and use hair boards, most of this book is a refresher. It will help to clarify some areas that are a little unclear for you. For me that was stretching and clarifying and chelating, and a few other areas. It can take your hair journey to the next level if you have been on it for awhile. Definitely good for reference info.

I agree with you. The book was mainly touching on things I did know, yet had things I didn't know. Its a book that should be in everyones home as a guide. lol.
