@theblackdude because the mr2 is rear mounted rwd. too much power, all you'll do is spin. all this power is much better suited in a F4 layout. you do know that this celica is stock AWD right?

@manalarc1 The mounts are the same do to the GTS\GTR\GTI/ALLTRAC st182 all are able to carry the 3SGE motor stock. So to use the St185 3S-GTE would be an easy bolt up , just random wiring mounts and brackets will give some grief.

@RCrider185 oh cool i got a 91 gts that im trying to do a swap on with a st185 motor but im not sure if it will fit what do you think?

@manalarc1 Try ebay there are lots of 3SGTE engines for sale , also you an get front clips which u pay more for but has the ecu and all the wireing you will need.
