潺潺流水、滿池錦鯉,這樣悠閒的景致居然座落在繁華熱鬧的台北東區,而且還是一家江浙餐館呢! 說到江浙菜,很多人第一個就會想到無錫排骨入口即化的口感,但江浙菜做起來可是相當考驗師傅掌控火侯的功力呢!
像是無錫排骨的的豬肋排,就要先慢火滷4~6小時入味,再下鍋大火收乾,才會散發出濃郁的鍋邊香,聞起來就讓人留口水呢!而這一道煙燻鯧魚,也是不能錯過的江蘇傳統名菜,­煙燻以前還要先過油再進蒸籠,製作過程繁複,而且煙燻的材料也非常講究。
