@wanttoseemysnake true, its really the governments fault. thats why there a less defects and what not in countries that arnt third world.

@herroIMlilo There are many problems that can cause defects most are repairable, craniosynostosis is a possibility (early closure of the plates in the head) thought the likelyhood agent orange did this is unfounded as these are birth defects that occur where agent orange isn't. The sad thing is most of these kids are suffering because of lack of healthcare.

@wanttoseemysnake well you may be right about 0:16 but hydrocephalus doesn't make your eyes shift forward, although agent orange does. and 0:36, there is no possible way that girl has hydrocephalus, her skull id deformed not enlarged like children who suffer hydrocephalus, and they are asian which makes me think that this is in vietnam considering that fact that nam is the country that is famous for agent orange. im not saying that im right and your wrong, they are just my inferences.

@herroIMlilo 0:16 and the girl in 0:36 is hydrocephelus untreated, not use about the boy in 0:36 as it's not a good shot. If a shunt doesn't get put in early their head deform. This effects 1 in 1000 births, mose countries where access to medical care you can't see who has it and who doesn't and it can cause disabilities if left untreated.
