I got caught so many times where have to sneak passed the guards to point to where there were no more guards left. I was a little over leveled by that time. LOL. And why was the password KING for me but MAKO for all you others?? O.o

@rasmiine You look for the document in each section of the library..take the number to the left.. and then count the letters until you get the right letter to match the number ...

I completly Guessed the Password. I thought oh Shinra owns Mako so Yeah and I picked that and woot.

To solve the puzzle:

Read the sign outside of each individual library. In each library there is one book that does not belong to there (I.E. A study on Mako energy does not belong in the weapons development library). That out of place book has a number on the front of it. Look for that number letter (excluding spaces, periods, etc.) in the book title to get that library's letter (I.E. 2 Mako energy blah blah = A). You will get 4 letters that you must unscramble to get your password.

This puzzle is so confusing. I've found all the letters for the things that don't belong, yet the letters didn't make any words on the Mayor's list. There must be some trick to it, or maybe it was a translation problem when the game was translated to English? :/ Either way, does anyone know how to solve this puzzle?
