Upper Iowa University is making a bold move by embarking on the largest capital improvement project in its 152-year history-an initiative that will change the face of the University's historic Fayette campus forever.
As part of a $75 million capital improvement project, UIU is constructing three new buildings on campus. A state-of-the-art, LEEDS-certified Liberal Arts Building to enhance student learning will be built on the east corner of the lush campus quad. A new Student Center will be added to offer our students a splendid environment in which to eat, relax and socialize. Very important Suite-Style Housing that will provide our students with safety and independence, while helping to accommodate UIU's growing enrollment.
