This is a great phone for hearing impaired people. There is a small mistake on the video--you cannot attach the "hand strap" to the two places he pointed to (it is actually a lanyard long enough to wear around your neck).. In order to attach it, you must remove the back cover, and loop the thin part of the strap around the little hook-like thing in the middle, then close the back with the strap protruding through the two tiny little holes that are about three mm apart. Enjoy!

This phone is great for the elderly or people with sight problems so they can see the keys. I also find it quite funny that the Doro logo is a Pokéball :)
