Let us be clear on one point. The White man owes the Negro nothing. If there are any debts outstanding, they are owed by the Negro to the White man. First, of all welfare benefits more whites than blacks. Welfare was created for poor families without jobs it wasn't created for blacks! Also, back then white people were very discriminative against blacks for jobs and etc. Then, we got Affirmative Action but it actually benefits white women and other race of people the most than blacks. This old white man is using excuses which is irrelevant because not alot of people know land and property were taken and given to white folks for free!
