I shot this video as an "extremely low light" test of my new Canon Ixus 110 IS (a.k.a Powershot SD960 IS). It's the Sydney Light Rail passing under the Sydney Monorail Terminus one autumn evening. The video is shot in HD mode with all settings set to Default. The scene was (obviously) a hand held shot - so you can also observe the performance of the image stabilization.
YouTube has heavily compressed the video, so the quality is significantly worse than the actual. If you are interested in the actual video, you can obtain it here: http://blog.ambor.com/2009/03/hd-video-on-canon-ixus-110is-powershot.html
The video is 57MB.
Canon Digital IXUS 110 IS crap camera the pictures are absolutely terrible. It isnt sharp and even in full sunlight the pictures are slightly fuzzy blurry.

The video quality is great. Very crisp 1280x720 HD resolution. You will not be able to use the zoom once you start recording. So if you want to zoom in and out while filming this wont work. You can however zoom in on something and then start filming. The audio is good I think for a built in mic.
