Marinette Mayor Robert Harbick admitted that, while on the job as a County Deputy, he was often drunk on the job. Thus, ANY AND ALL arrests that he participated in are subject to review, which could cost the County MILLIONS of dollars. He has to resign, and Marinette County should sue him.
