  • Eyelight52, it's just a hobby so shut up. That equipment isn't needed but it makes the fish healthier and the tank cleaner, and if someone wants to have a clean and healthy tank, then let them. Its not a waste if Monet if it's what you really like to do, and way to be a fag and bring his kid into this, I'm sure the kid loves the tanks

  • Go to LA Fishguys.com, or look them up on here, and see what all he put in a 185 gallon reef tank. Everything fit under the tank except for a chiller which was placed outside. But again don't buy a dog! I hear they are really expensive!

  • Who cares is the obvious question, and 1453, no not that much stuff for a 120 gallon or even a 500 gallon reef tank. But, don't buy a dog, unless you are a Billionaire!

I have 3, so I must be really rich, and 3 reef tanks, not one of which requires a room full of pipes and crap to be exceptionally beautiful. Everyone smile and just be happy!

  • @eyelight52

Do you think that people who own dogs are throwing away their money? Because taking proper care of a dog throughout it's lifetime costs more and takes more time than this. It's not like he's doing crack. And wouldn't it be the end of the world if someone was disuaded from keeping a reef tank based on this video. I mean if they are that naive perhaps it's for the better.

  • wow, for 120g tht much stuffs, if its 500g then wht?

  • what ever. If it makes you happy then do it. i don't really give a shit! The fact that you like it does not make it necessary to keep your reef tank alive and healthy. But, again if it is what you like throwing your money away on, then by all means go for it! I just hope someone who is considering a reef tank, doesn't look at all of this shit and decide it is too complicated to achieve.

  • @eyelight52 Some of us have no kids and we like all this fishy geek stuff. Why is this stuff unnecessary? Sure you can keep a betta in a wine cup, but why would you want to do that?
