Tiny Bill Cody is the songwriter who penned the now infamous song Sheila Dreams Of The Water, in which he pokes some fun at former Deputy Prime Minister Sheila Copps. She ain't nobody's Baby and told Cody so.

Here the pair perform together after agreeing to kiss and be friends. Both are from Hamilton after all - they would be bound to run into each other at Jackson Square or Centre Mall, or at the food court at Limeridge. Or while shopping at Denninger's!
