Im buying my second one. my first one quit a month shy of 3 yr warranty and they said it was not reliable. they sent me a BRAND NEW 1500 iheater even though they said damage was warranted . not only that but the heater saved me from buying one expensive propane . i read other infrared heater buyers comments and for the $80 i would save the unhappy customers swayed me from buying another brand. iheater came through for me and Im buying one for tenant so they hopefully renew lease.
