I experienced this type of debilitating vertigo back in the late 80's. The above treatment was not available to me until around 2006-07 time frame, but it was like a Godsend!! I can now function normally during the day and only have to 'retrain' the balance mechanism in my inner ear every once and while. God Bless the physicians who came up with these procedures....the treatment really worked for me!!

Do we have to do all of them? Or just one of those positions?

I know what you mean - I would be (have) thrown up. Lisa try dramamine. I take a single pill of "original formula" and it takes a few hours to kick in. The last bit of nausea won't go away until a full night's sleep so I usually take a second dramamine an hour before I get up. Then I get a full day of no nausea no matter how much the room is spinning. On this second day I can perform the maneuver with no nausea.

It works! I get vertigo very bad and it is not a comfortable experience to get the treatment, but after you start feeling better right away.

There is NO way with the way I am feeling right now with the dizziness and nausea feeling that I have that I would let you tilt my head and make me move in those positions I would throw up right on top of you with the way the Vertigo has me feeling.
