'Initiatives of Change' (formerly known as 'Moral Re-Armament') is a non-profit organization, which works to 'build trust across the world's divides'. It believes that every individual can make a difference to the world around. Honest introspection leading to initiative of change in one's life is the starting point of change. It encourages every individual to find his or her unique contribution to the transformation needed in the world by following the absolute moral standards of Purity, Honesty, Unselfishness and Love (PHUL). Rajmohan Gandhi, grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, brought and established Asia Plateau as the center of Initiatives of Change in Asia, with whose blessings this Lets Make a Difference (LMAD) has started. LMAD started as national level
Youth Conference, where youth met every year for 8 days, introspecting themselves to bring a change in their life and then their society.

Over the last 16 years, thousands of young people are connected and several of them have been agents of change. We feel the message of Initiatives of Change needs to be taken across diverse groups of young people across the country.
