Warbirds Over Awatoto 1997, 98 & 99

Here are some video clips taken at Warbirds Over Awatoto at the Hawkes Bay Radio Flyers' field in Awatoto, Napier, New Zealand. The footage spans three events from 1997-1999. I wish I could remember everybody and their models, but this was a few years ago, so hopefully some of you will be able to recognize yourselves and your airplanes. I at least know the Fokker Triplane in 1999 was mine. Napier is an awesome spot, and I'd love to go back!

Sorry about the quality. It was filmed on an 8mm PAL camcorder, than transferred to a PAL VHS video tape, then brought to North America and transferred on to a NTSC VHS tape, then transferred to DVD, then ripped on to my hard drive, processed, and uploaded. I guess it's a miracle we can see anything at all!
