This is a somatic exploration of hand prints from Mary Bond's book The New Rules of Posture. Buy it! And how it applies to doing and teaching pole dance.

  • wow! so informative! i am def one of those pple with fore arm pain and this has greatly reduced it! thank you!

  • You are welcome : )

  • This is one of the best, most useful pole vid's I've seen on YouTube. Have just started (I lie, I did a three week course more than 8 months ago, but only recently... 3 days... bought and began practicing regularly since then) and I'm having a lot of trouble with slippery grip. This exercise has been infinitely useful.

Also, I am in love with you! You are the cutest person ever.

  • Good luck on your journey : )

  • I'm not even a pole dancer, but this was pretty informative. I didn't know about the fascia connection with the hand.

  • This is good info if you live in a body ; )
