I own a copy of this game that works on a modified snes. but i was curious how you get the specail moves? i know about the double tap buttons like y + b and forward can be a dash or without forward its just a higher jump. im talking about the attacks that do more serious damage. help?

so you bypassed the region block by using a cartridge that did not have the plastic tabs, right?

SInce it's more invasive to do that, having to alter the system instead of the game, I simply removed the game tabs from my game genie and played it through that.
