i think "Say-Kong" is a river somewhere in Cambodia. One of the verses that Sokun Nisa sings mentions "Say-Kong" flowing very far--like a river.

Proper spelling is Sekong River. It's in Cambodia. The song is about her waiting for her lover that night at the Sekong River and he never showed up.
