@BeyondNaturalBelief Interval! Sprint for 20 seconds, walk for 10 seconds, repeat 8 times - Walk for 5 minutes, repeat. If you can't sprint run as hard as you can to complete the workout.

Hi sarah i wanted to recommend a video for the total body i have a elliptical machine at home i want a workout that can give me a perfect figure for the stomach a flat stomach and no arm muscles cause i have tried lots of videos of yours and i have gained arm musle i want to loose all of my body fat in around a month i have fat like everywhere i would apperciate it if you can make this video as soon as possible before may because im going to meet my family and i dont want to look fat thanks

Great workout video, a request, could you maybe go through all of your favorite websites, stores, etc. that help you be healthy, stay fit, find bargain workout gear and outfits, shoes? The web is a big place and it would be nice to have some guidance. Thanks! :D

@BreezyKiss heyy same here what i do is run or walk fast for 1hr nd then after 5mins break i do this and other stretching exercises...so my whole point is u should still do push ups and everything but give 80%of ur tym to cardio : )

If you need to lose weight would cardio be more efficient? I haven't worked on any ab workouts, push ups, or butt exercises because I have been told it doesn't matter if you do those things if there is fat on top? I really want nice abs and a nice butt though! I am trying to lose weight, but I am confused. Would you recommend doing cardio first then these workouts, or all together? Thanks, Sarah!

Can this be done every day? Or should it be done every other day or three times a week....? lol
I have the kettlebell can u please show me some exercises with that bell I already know windmills the swing and the cling any other good ones??
