First of all they didn't shut down the space program, there are many more unmanned missions planned.

Secondly the manned space program was ended due to lack of funding.

I have this photo on one of my videos. It is from the Jet Propulsion laboratory website, rover mission rear HAZCAM. it is on Mars and it is a Base so good job and thanx for showing it. There is life on Mars even though it may be humans from earth its real

Guess you can't just have a mar rover without any pictures. They knew this would happen. They just hope the confusion will last long enough for them to get away with their plan. Too bad for them it's not working and now we get to anayize this picture. Oops! NASA (Never A Straight Answer) is probably scared which is why they abruptly shut down the space program.

@MegaSuzukiboy I would be offended by being called an alien. What about Star people or Stelans or something like that. What exactly is an alien anyways. Sounds so harsh and cruel or like we are demonizing them. Personally I think that the "Aliens" that are here right now on this planet. The ones that everyone are recording on a daily basis are our star brothers and sisters. But aliens? Could you imagine trying to help out a race that calls you an alien? Just some food for thought. This actually looks like an artificial structure. I at first assumed that you took it in a sandbox at a nearby kindergarten but the link actually takes you to the same pic on the NASA page.

Wouldn´t go so far to call it an UFO base though. Could be Santas cellar window for all we can tell :) But definitly doesn´t look natural.
