I'm from Belo Horizonte(accurately in Contagem ,but it's like one street from BH,anyway ..)n i would love to meet some exchanger ,but i don't know where i find it ,like ..in any school ?

Hi! I actaully will be leaving for Brazil in August as part of a year-long exchange with Rotary. I actually just found out my city the other day (Rio de Janeiro) and talked to my first host mother for the first time! As you can imagine, I am incredibly excited, but also incredibly excited. @saraz513 Haha, that's all right! It's going great! I'm still trying to get my visa (the paperwork is not cooperating with me :P) and I still don't know hardly any of the language (which is making me really nervous), but other than that I think I'm ready! I leave in just a couple weeks!

@saraz513 Hey, I was wondering if you could email me the answer to those questions because my parents and I are seriously considering my going on a rotary youth exchange. Additional questions, was school difficult without knowing the language? Did you ever feel uncomfortable and for what reasons?Was Brazil your first choice(it's mine)? and lastly, how did you convince your parents to allow you to do this?
