I think the reason Weber didn't get the low single takedown at 0:48 is because he allowed his elbow to raise off the mat while he circled. It just looked like he wasn't quite anchored enough. Maybe he didn't circled hard and fast enough, which is why Ponce was able to collapse onto his head. Still, it was an excellent shot.
