I love your car. It looks awesome and is in very good original shape. I'm looking forward to buy a similar lhd mga here in germany. Still not sure about the color (white or green?). Do the later MGA's have any advantages over the early years? BTW this car is nothing for german autobahn. Many ppl doin 120-130 mph here... too dangerous to drive around with 60 or 70 mph between them in this little thing haha.

.. It seems strange to Americans that 1950's British cars struggled to merely cruise at 70 MPH... but I know most did...

Tach had problems for sure. Go to 1:15 and watch the tach not make sense from that point. Both the MGA and MGB used electric tachs, right? Not sure how it could be off like that.
