  • Thanks for this great video. Stevia is great. I've started drinking grees powder with stevia in it. It's curving my sugar cravings and hunger. I have so much energy, clearer mind, and I feel alive. I was in a car accident and I've never felt better. It also helps with gas, indigestion and bloating.

  • Thank You for the Advice. My mom has been using SugarTwin which I just found at that it was aspartame! FDA are a part of the NWO to reduce population. Ron Paul 2008.

  • @Angiedlrf Stevia is calorie free..agave is not. But agave is low on glycemic index. 17 day diet tksinclaircom

  • What is best Agave or Stevia? i started a wonderful diet of raw fruit and vegetables and i love it:)..but still drink coffee. I was using honey for a while..but I was told that Agave had less fat..and now i have read that Agave is not that good for our bodies.,,should I change to Stevia ?

  • @capricious71 Oh hell no. Fructose is a liver poison, and acts exactly like ethanol. Watch "Sugar: The Bitter Truth" It cannot be used by other tissue like glucose, and after being methabolized it becomes VLDL and JNK1, causing fat storage, inflammation and screwing up the leptin feedback on appetite. Just because fruit has it doesn't make it good. Fruit is ok because fiber is the "antidote" to fructose, but drinking squeezed juice is just as bad as eating table sugar by the spoonful...

  • There are different kind of STEVIA. Some of them taste good.

  • Hey, we heard about Saccharin years ago. Stevia is new, so I'll give you that.

  • stevia also doesn't help bad bacteria growth in your gut..I believe the bacteria can't feed on it.

  • If you want to sweeten foods and drinks then Stevia is surely the way to go. Failing that, fructose is better than normal sugar.
