It takes proper coaching and diligent practice to throw a non-telegraphic punch. Many people as they throw their right hand will pull down their hand first and then execute the punch. Throw the punch directly and it will be harder for your training partner to percieve.

  • This guy is amazing on what he teaches. Reaction times are so important. What good is a fast punch if a person yelled they were about to throw it. That's what a majority of fighters do by giving a telegraph, and for those trained to see it, they've gained an important piece of time to react. So glad this man is sharing his knowledge. I study reaction times and timing in the milliseconds and his videos show how to take advantage of fractions of a second.
