  • check out Shawn Lane's cover, it is outstanding

  • Thanks for correcting the translation. "Loss" definitely sums it up better, since that's exactly the wrenching emotion you feel when this melody appears. I personally can't listen to it without crying most of the time, precisely because it makes me think about people I've lost in my life. "Loss..." if you've felt it, this melody personifies it.

  • Untouchables, Blow out, Snakes Eyes... De Palma always has these amazing themes... this one is really haunting

  • That cello...hamnina, hamina, hamina...PERFECT !! Love the second version!

  • one of the best soundtracks ever one of the best movies ever i have watched this film about 5 times now and i still hav,nt got bored of it

  • R.I.P Gary Speed

  • the sax's vibrato in a couple did not fit the style of the song

  • Lord... As soon as I heard this piece, I knew it had to be Ennio Morricone's music score! This particular piece reminds me so much of Cinama Paradiso, which was made in the 80's. I LOVE EM's work immensely, he is simply brilliant! Featuring Yo-Yo was a wonderful choice!
