This is a comparison of a popular method of teaching the Pro-Agility and my preferred method. All S & C Coaches/Combine Prep Coaches should watch this video with an objective view.

  • Not sure why such anger and confusion. It takes a simple understanding of physics and biomechanics to comprehend keeping the hips square and pushing off 2 feet instead of 1 on the start. It is not hard to cover the 1st 5yds in 3 powerful steps . . . just not very efficient. Its all about minimizing the time it takes to cover the 1st 5 yards by eliminating extraneous movements. It takes valuable time to open the hips and drive the lead leg out (hips moving up, body turning, too much air time).

  • you run like you got somethin stuck in your butt

  • you dont know what your are talking about first of all..... if you do the "trail leg" then it is three powerful steps and it covers more ground in lest time dumbass so if your going to teach something then teach it right.. people so the cross over because they cant stride the three steps i know this. both techniques are made for different athletes so its not to say one is faster then the other, just that one is better for different athletes and for the fat short guy doing this drill plz stop

  • your supposed to stay low, you pop right up out of your start
