@muppetowner i hit 205 3 times a few weeks ago, i haven't benched over 185 since. new program focuses on high reps lower weight but i'll be sure to try those negative presses! thanks!

Impressive, im currently trying to get my bench to a minimum of 205. Its hard to get good at it and to be able to lift heavy.
