Did you hear the snap once the diff lock engaged. The operator should of had a full bucket load before doing this stunt. Then use the 966 to pull the JD to the shop.
limited slip is pretty much standard in Europe. It works on the go, before you have realised you need it. Drawback is the increased tire wear when making sharp turns all day on concrete.
