Quran Ayat of the Day No. 6: Surah 48, Al-Fath, Verse 29 Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. You will see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great Reward.

Dear brothers and sisters in Islam, According to the Quran and to the Ahadith (= plural version of Hadith) Duas play a very important and very beautiful role in islam. Duas are an essential part of our faith and of the right path. There are so many possibilities to make Dua according to the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.s and they only express the importance and beauty of Duas. Allah knows the best how powerful Duas are but unfortunately nowadays we underestimate the real meaning, the real beauty and the real power of Duas. Islam is a beautiful gift from Allah to us. When we want to feel and understand Islam, then we have to strive to make it in a right way. One of these basics of Islam are the Duas which are a direct gate to Allah because a Dua is a conversation with Allah. And honestly, this is truely beautiful: a conversation only with Allah swt, the Creator of mankind.Thus it is important that you always make for yourself and others Dua as many time as you can. Duas can and should be done for everything, not only when you face problems. When you want to achieve something (whether it is small or big), then just make Dua and be patient. As according to the Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.s,it is a necessesity that you make personally make Dua to Allah. Only Allah, the Creator of everything, can give and take, no one else. So ask Him and inshallah your Dua will be answered. We (the website) will inshallah make Dua for you, too, but it can not substitute your own right and obligation to make Dua.
