I've got to say....being a Frank Zappa fan since the early 70's, and one who has seen FZ perform many times, I went to hear Dweezil's band with much skepticism. You can definitely hear his father's spirit behind the music, and each member of the band is an awesome musician in their own right. I'm certain Frank would have been very proud of his son. I just saw ZPZ last night at Meadowbrook in Detroit, and I was blown away. Dweezil has interpreted his dad's music in his own way, & he rocks.

I'll bet Zappa gets really tired of being compared to his father but since he looks and plays so much like him he may as well go all the way with the long hair and the moustache.
