Meeting Lexi Lawson from Rent

Lexi Lawson plays Mimi on the Broadway Tour right now. I know the video's really short, but I wanted pictures. haha. so I turned it off because my mom was taking pictures. Lexi's GORGEOUS and amazing. if you're going to see Rent, it's a GREAT show and everyone does so well!

After the show, we waited by the stage door, and Anthony Rapp (the original Mark Cohen), Lexi Lawson (Mimi Marquez), Nicolette Hart (Maureen Johnson), John Watson (Christmas caroler, Mr. Jefferson, a pastor and Collins'/Benny's understudy), Telly Leung (Steve, man with squeegee, a waiter and Angel's understudy) and Andy Senor (Paul, a cop, and Angel's understudy) all came out to say hi!!! It was awesome meeting them, especially Anthony. my friend also met Gwen Stewart, an original also. So try to go out to the stage door after the show and meet some people. They're all really nice!! and go see RENT! it's fantastic.

haha. i was at the stage door for this at the same time you were. i was on the right of there at the part of the barrier that they exited out of. so as they were leaving to head to the limos and what not i was stopping them and asking to take pictures. it was awesome.

it was just so awesome to be at that door and get to actually meet them. i went to this performance as well as one on Jan 8th.

I was at closing day of Durham and Charlotte. In Charlotte I met Lexi, she was really sweet and nice. I didn't ask to have my picture taken, and plus it would've been on my cell phone. But again Adam didn't come out at either show, but I did meet Anthony, Nicolette, Lexi and the guy that played Collins...LOL

turns out that my teacher is friends with lexi... she came to my class and spent that period with us and ansered all of our questions... it was a really neat expierince. and we even got to sing seasons of love with her.
