It's a bug in blitzin, that makes the board enter examine mode for a split-second after the game is over, even if both players have examine mode turned off. So you often see in bullet games that it registers another move after a player's time runs out.

Looks interesting. Black has 24. ... Bf6 to defend g2 and block protection of N on e3. Then maybe W has Nxf8 wins the exchange?
