Willemijn Verkaik sings Scott Alan's 'PLEASE DON'T LET ME GO/NEVER NEVERLAND (FLY AWAY)' @ Birdland)

I have never morphed these two songs together before - Willemijn and I originally had decided on a different opening song, but after playing around with a few options, we decided on Please Don't Let Me Go. Of course, Never Neverland (Fly Away) is one of my most known pieces of work (as sung by Stephanie J. Block on the Dreaming Wide Awake album) and is the center of my new musical HOME. It is always a thrill for me to hear it sung by new vocalists and Willemijn is one of the very very best. It is always an honor for me to get the opportunity to work with her and I hope this relationship never ends.
