Losing inches anywhere on your body means altering your diet...people never want to hear that, but it's fact. The butt blaster will firm and tone and shape using light weight, and will do all the above plus add size with heavy weight. Fewer reps done strictly is better than doing lots of reps incorrectly. Work up to doing 4 sets of 12 reps.
