For those who have never fished, or even gave it thought, fish hooks are BARBED to prevent a fish from spiting out the hook......
But if the hook gets stuck in your hand or other body part, it also means you can't simply pull it out. The easiest way to remove it is to force the tip forward until it pokes back out of your skin, then cut the tip of the hook off.

They aren't staged this guy has been doing do for god knows how many years... if u did this every day for 15 years you would get a few bloopers your self. "shit happens"
