I fell off the workout wagon this week ( 1 workout tomorrow #TeamZumba), but on Mon i'll be back on. Ive lost 40 pounds slowly & ive got 100 to go. I just need to incorporate some weight training. Im also going to start p90x ( again... I quit after 2 wks) .hmmm...next week on monday!

lol we are on the same page. Have been researching the master cleanse and felt it was time. only diff is I am starting on Jan 23rd. I wish u luck this is very difficult. not my first time. I'm scared lol. Will have to stay busy to distract myself.
