artichoke is sooo good --- I tryed boiling it when i cooked it, i never had it before then and i didn't really like the taste of the leaves, but i didn't have butter for them, then i had the heart and i didn't know your sopose to get rid of all that fiber and it was really gross, and then i was still hungery so i thought i would try the stem and i thought it was the best thing ever!!! I've wanted one for a while so maybe ill grow one in the yard next year.. or get it at the market :)
