Copyright Madam K .A video of one of the first days of direct action in May 2007 when less than half a dozen activists from Tara Solidarity Vigil camp blockaded heavy machinery from leaving the compound .Their actions opposed the route if the M3 motorway through the Tara Skryne Valley, an archeologically sensitive area .Over 42 site lay in the path of the Motorway.Including Ancient Celtic burial grounds .

There is now a motorway going through Tara Skryne valley that very few use.

Costs millions will cost even more millions. Why do we sit back and allow the corrupt individuals run roughshod over our country.

1:55 I see that the cops are there yet again to "uphold the law". Why are the cops protecting the guilty that are ruining historical sites in the name of profit. What a disgrace. I commend the efforts of the demonstrators.
