Buddhas do NOT take rebirth. Dispell the myth that this is "Buddha reborn". That is not the case. Shakyamuni Buddha has already come and has achieved his paranirvana...this boy MAY BE the next Buddha, Maitreya...but it is clear he is NOT Shakyamuni Buddha reborn.

Incorrect, a Prattyeka Buddha (or, as you have spelled it "Pacekka buddha") is the one achieved on the Hinayana Track, without teachers. Bodhisattvas are higher in the track than a Prattyeka Buddha. This boy may very well be Maitreya, yet to achieve the final state in this world.
