wrong.. Population of Pyongyang
is 3 million...
BUT.. The city size is for 9 million to fit inside..
this means that people are few
for the size of the city.. many
of the buildings are empty
because they are reserve buildings
for the the future..
they spent so much for these buildings
and now check out what happened.

@Nicom47 thats right!! Pyongyang land is too large.. for the population Its like a 2000 sq meter mansion with only 3 people living inside. The size of Pyongyang can contain upto 6 million.. not 9.. Seoul is over 2 times the size of Pyongyang yet they only have around 9.2 million inside lets say 6.. There are 3 million people in Pyongyang 2,950,000 are using Public Transport. Only 50,000 uses Cars 10,000 are government owned

@bolimac That's pretty much what our guides tried to impress on us, or that it would be that way if only the US and South Korean "Puppet government" weren't interfering.
